Payment Options

At G Family Dentistry our mission is to create healthy, beautiful smiles through education, excellence, and encouragement.

We believe that your teeth should last a lifetime with proper care and management. Our pledge to you is to provide you with the knowledge you need to accomplish and maintain a healthy beautiful smile. We focus not only on the immediate concerns you may have, but provide you with the expertise and understanding of how to avoid future issues.

Every patient’s treatment is unique and specific to his or her needs and wants. Once all of your treatment options have been explained, we will sit down with you and discuss all the arrangements of each treatment option. Our goal in the process of treating your dental issues is not to create any additional concerns. We can work with you to devise plans that will allow you to phase treatment over time and address the immediate needs.

We do offer a variety of payment options for our patients that include:

  • 5% discount for cash or check payment in full.
  • Payment plans with 0% interest. Please ask for more details.
  • We accept all major credit cards. Earn points or miles by using your credit card.
  • We can create a pre-payment plan for you that will stay in line with your budget.
  • Help devise a plan for you that will utilize your Health Savings Account to maximize tax benefits while minimizing out of pocket expenses. Ask us for more details.
  • Phasing of treatment over time to fit your budget while not sacrificing the quality of dental care.

Dental Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file your dental insurance for you, not all dental offices will file your dental insurance. Dental insurance is a benefit provided by your employer to help with a patient’s dental needs.

Dental insurance is very different than medical insurance. Medical insurance is a contract that states after the patient pays the annual maximum, the insurance company pays the rest in an effort to save the patient’s life if necessary. Dental insurance is better defined as a dental benefit. The plans selected by your employer are designed to help offset costs and help you stay healthy, but not to insure your mouth in any and all situations. That is why medical insurance is more costly in comparison to dental insurance plans.Your employer has selected the dental insurance plan that is available to you.

There are numerous dental insurance plans with several differences. Our office is trained to understand the benefits of your specific plan and will help you receive the benefits your plan provides.

We are not contracted with dental insurance companies giving us the ability to provide you with the most up to date and best available treatment options for your specific situation and budget. What this means for you is that you will still receive your dental benefits for dental care with us and you have treatment options that will benefit your dental health over the course of your lifetime. Most dental insurance companies expect fillings and crowns to last approximately five years. As many of you know, the majority of our fillings and crowns have exceeded well beyond the five-year standard and many patients have had treatment that has lasted over twenty years! This speaks of the quality and craftsmanship of our dental work. Think of the inconvenience and additional finances that we have been able to save our patients over the course of their lives.

Over the past 20 years, the dental insurance industry has not properly adjusted their coverage to keep up with the improvements in the field of dentistry. We believe each patient should have the opportunity to benefit from the improvements that are now available. No patient is the same and the insurance company who has not seen your situation and is not a licensed dentist should not decide your treatment. We will be your advocate for insurance benefits and construct a plan that will utilize your dental insurance benefits for services that are necessary and in your best interest.

We are honored you have selected us to provide you with the best dental care. It is a privilege to serve and develop a relationship with you and not just your teeth. If you know of someone who is looking for this type of service and care, please share our name with them.
